A4 (21x30cm) prints are available for US$10 (or NZ$12.5) for the first print and US$4 (or NZ$5) for every additional one

My interpretation of Lúthien Tinúviel from J.R.R. Tolkien's Tale of Beren and Lúthien. Unlike the elves in the movie she's wearing vibrant colours to reflect that it was the spring of Elvenkind in MiddleEarth (the first age), and she is often depicted wearing blue. The jewel on her headdress is supposed to be the Silmaril that Beren and Luthien took from the Crown of Morgoth.
The reference photo is here: [link] I made her features a little more Elven as well as many other additions as you can see. I'm happy with how the final picture turned out, I've been working on this on and off since December.
Prismacolor pencils, 20x30cm

I think this is an absolutely masterful piece. It's gorgeous, but processes that rare quiet beauty I think is so central to Tolkien's female characters. (That may or may not make sense - I hope it does!) The link to your reference photo is brokem, so I can't compare it to that, but even without a photo to compare it to, I think you really hit the mark on her features. Elven features are often made too angular, but you've managed to capture the striking bone structure without making her face look overly dramatic.

Simply astonishing work. I can't wait to see more from you!

I think it was a brilliant choice to use Monica Bellucci as Luthien, the most beautiful woman in the world. :) Monica is gorgeous, and this drawing is just as gorgeous.
